Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Actual delivery times may vary based on order quantity and order requirements, anticipated at approx. 21 days from order placement. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during holiday season.


If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Sportz88​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Sportz88 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

If there are product discrepancies we ask that you immediately notify our customer team. Our customer service team will assess the issue and determine if a product should be returned or replaced. Any discrepancies need to be immediately notified to our Sport88 team, within 7-days from receipt. 


Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the all product record and receipts.
